Hello! I am Marie, the proprietor of Abelha Bookkeeping & Payroll Services.

I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to my superwoman clients. I was shortlisted as an ICB Student of the Year, have written articles for AccountingWeb and appeared at a conference to speak about bookkeeping. My breath of experience includes working with small retailers to large property management companies, as a Bankruptcy Paralegal in the United States assisting with IRS matters and as an employee for the First-Tier Tax Tribunal in the UK.

I am passionate about helping female entrepreneurs go beyond surviving in business to thriving in business.

When I am not bookkeeping, I am a cat mom and wife and enjoy sewing.
