Greetings! I'm Marie, the proud owner of Abelha Bookkeeping & Payroll Services.

With a wealth of experience and knowledge, I proudly support my superwoman clients. Being shortlisted as an ICB Student of the Year, contributing articles to AccountingWeb, and speaking at conferences about bookkeeping are just a few highlights of my journey. My expertise spans from assisting small retailers to managing accounts for large property management companies. I've also served as a Bankruptcy Paralegal in the United States, handling IRS matters, and worked for the First-Tier Tax Tribunal in the UK.

My passion lies in empowering female entrepreneurs, guiding them from surviving to thriving in their businesses.

When not immersed in bookkeeping, I'm a devoted cat mom and wife who finds joy in sewing.
